Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery charges must be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. No Return and No Exchange Policy
RochyMart has a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
If you do not wish to accept the product, you must return it immediately to the delivery person.
Once the delivery person leaves your location, the product will be considered accepted.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after delivery completion.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
