Refund and Returns

At RochyMart, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return and No Refund Policy

RochyMart follows a strict No Return and No Refund Policy once a product has been accepted by the customer.

  • Customers must inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery.

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they must return it immediately to the delivery person at the doorstep.

  • Once the delivery person leaves the customer’s location, the product will be considered accepted and final.

  • After acceptance, no return, refund, or exchange requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Check the product condition

  • Verify the correct item

  • Ensure the product meets expectations before accepting delivery and making payment.

If you refuse the product at delivery, you must return it immediately to the courier representative.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Delivery charges must be paid even if the customer refuses to accept the product at the doorstep (depending on courier policy and location).

  • If advance payment was collected for delivery, it will not be refunded once the order has been shipped.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged, or

  • Completely different from what you ordered

you must report it immediately at the time of delivery and return it to the delivery person.

Claims made after delivery completion will not be accepted.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • RochyMart operates primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD) inside Bangladesh.

  • Advance payment may be required for certain locations or high-risk orders.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the order is processed and shipped.

6. Order Cancellation

RochyMart reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The location is not serviceable

  • The order is suspicious or unverifiable

Customers may also cancel orders before shipment by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order on RochyMart.com, the customer agrees to:

  • Inspect the product at delivery

  • Accept responsibility after accepting delivery

  • Follow all policies stated on our website
